Good Day, This is to formally request a complaint with regards to EASTCH online lending app due to I was receiving various messages thru harassment and even thru online shaming they even sent my photo and labeled Scammer to an FB friend. I am willing to pay but still they violated the Data Privacy Act and the proper way to collect a payment. Hopefully you could stop them from doing this to people. I have my screenshot of the harassments.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply.

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
