I made a loan in 2019 to buy a laptop from Home Credit. Payment was completed in around June-July 2020. However, Home Credit keeps on calling, sending SMS, and emails. Worse is that I provided a number that is different from what I use primarily (said number is still in use though) but somehow, they got a hold of this information. I've already told Home Credit several times to remove my personal information but they just keep on telling us that it's not their (promo people). However, there is currently no clear policies in Home Credit for deletion of personal information.

Any advice?
