Purpose: To stop call and text harrassment and also to delete my record to all different OLAS .

Hi . Good evening po . Sana po matugunan po ninyo itong naranasan ko . Someone used my informations para po umutang sa mga iba't ibang loan apps.  Miski piso po ay wala po akong natanggap.  Ngayon ako po ang sinisingil ng mga inutangan niya at hinacked po lahat ng contacts ko sa cellphone ko at pinagtatatawagan po at kung ano anong pinagsasasabi kung minsan po ay pinagmumumura pa po . Sana po ay matugunan po ninyo ito dahil sobra pong nakaka perwisyo . Bigla bigla po akong nagkautang ng hindi ko nalalaman.

You seek help due to alleged unauthorized access of an online lending app.

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
