Magandang Araw!

Alam ko pong hindi ito ang tamang paraan para magsampa ng reklamo. Ngunit sa dami ng mga OLA at sa tindi ng impact nila sakin, hindi ko po kaya sa ngayong mag asikaso ng papeles upang makapag sumite ng opisyal na reklamo. Alam ko pong ganito rin ang karamihan sa aming mga nabiktima ng mga kumpanyang ito.
Sana po ay matulungan ninyo kami kahit na mga informal complaints lamang ang kaya naming gawin.
Sa sobrang daming isipin at stress na dulot ng OLA, maunawaan nyo po sanang hindi kami agad makakapag isip ng lohikal lalo't wala sa aming sumusuporta. Nawa po ay dinggin ninyo kami

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply.

However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
