Hello I would like to compalain the SWIPECASH OLA for creating a group chat adding all my contacts and messaging them regarding my loan.. Im paying my loan in staggard basis and my agent has allowed it i just cant believe that he still need to do that werein everyday Im sending my partial payment for the said loan.. please take into action regarding this because in the first place i am coordinating with them regarding my loan they dont have to do that because im paying

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
