Your request You seek for help due to unauthorized access, alleged public shaming, and threats of Online Lending App. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply. Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response. You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
