The following online lending is sending harassment thru text. That they will kill my immediate family member. 
Kailangan ko din raw mag ingat. Pwede rin daw nila ako ipakulam.

Also they give my personal data to other company. Online lending also accessing my phonebook. They call all my contact. Even they are not my reference.
My privacy been disclose to other.

You seek help due to alleged harassment, and high interest rate of an online lending apps.

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
