Hi, just trying to find out what to do on this case. It's an online lending website...due to financial crisis nangautang po ako..unfortunately nag close na po ung work ko so unemployed ako and i can't pay as of the moment yung dues ko..nagexplain naman po ako sa kanila however everyday i've been receiving harsh messages from them..nakaka depress lang kasi never kong naexperience ung ganitong situation. please help po and need your advise. I have proof po ng mga messages nila sken..thank you

However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
