1)walang modo ang collector, tinatawagan paulit ulit tumatawag at ngbabanta na ipapahiya ako pag di nakapagbayad agad..
2)nagcocoment sa social media na nagkokolekta sa utang ko..

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 27, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You seek help due to harassment of Swipecash or 365cash Online Lending. We understand that this Online Lending App has been allegedly using your contact list to harass, coerce, and threaten you to settle your loan.  

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email-reply.
Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Complaints and Investigation Division (complaints@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response. 

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than twenty (20) working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
