Hi please stop this harassment with my contacts, they even sent me a text message with threat of ruining my reputation. Here's a text message I received. Sana po maasyonan agad. Hinde naman sila tinatakbuhan, babayad naman kaka due date late eh. 

<MocaMoca>Paalala: MrPERU EDUARDO AGUSTIN, ikaw ay nasa takdang araw na ng pag babayad, upang maiwasan ang abala sa pang araw araw, trabaho o personal na reputasyon, ma-aaring bayaran ang utang sa lalong madaling panahon, salamat.

Kumakapit mga tao sa mga ganito dahil gipit so please sana matigil ang lalo pang panggigipit, please lang please....

You seek help due to unauthorized access and alleged harassment of your contacts by various online lending apps.

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman John Henry Du Naga at info@privacy.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your review request.
