Please hear us, clients of these OLA who have agents that are very rude and  inhuman treatments to us. These 3 loan apps, their agents keeps on calling and texting me just to harrassed and threatened me. Sobra naman po mga ginagawa nila. Nanakot pa na ikakalat daw po pagmumukha ko sa lahat ng social media at tawagin akong scammer dahil sa d lang ako nakabayad nung cut-off time nila. I investigated and these loan apps are not registered to SEC. Pls help us! We need justicen for this kind of a case!

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply.

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
