I would like to report about a harassment of representatives from WOWPERA Online Loan Application who have invaded ky privacy and using my phonebook contacts and sending them false message them being a comaker of my loan and threatening to shame them also if they will not pay on my behalf.

You seek help due to unauthorized access and alleged harassment of an online lending app.

Response to your request

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
