Hi i would like to request your good office to please investigate agents from pesopop and pesohere online lending apps because they are not following rules regulations on collecting debt to their clients, they keep in sending unrespectfull messages, insulting words..

Greetings!

You are requesting our agency to investigate agents from Pesopop and Pesohere due to alleged illegal access of your contacts and unfair debt collection.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply.

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman Raymund E.
