Good day po,
Gusto ko lang po ipaalam yong tungkol sa mga online lending na nag violate ng data privacy at pati po ang pang harassment sa txt message po ang pag message din po sa ilang contact list ko at yong isang online lending e hahack daw po ang FB Acct ko.

Hindi ko naman po binigay contact list ko sa kanila. Salamat po

You seek for help due to unauthorized access and alleged harassment of an Online Lending App.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determined that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be release to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter requires a longer period of time for further evaluation.
