I just want to make a report in regard to this Online Lending apps. I am aware of my due dates and informed them that I can't pay my whole loan in time. I swear to them that I will settle my loans including the penalties will incurred until the time I have enough fund to pay.
And it comes to the point that they are Harassing me and Threatening me thru text messages, calls & they are sending also text messages to my contacts even I didn't gave it to them. Kindly please help me.

You seek help due to alleged unauthorized access, harassment, and death threats of an online lending app.

Response to your request

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Complaints and request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded to through email reply. 

Nonetheless, to assist you with your concern, we have forwarded your inquiry, name, and email address to our Public Information and Assistance Division (info@privacy.gov.ph) for the drafting of response.

You may expect our written response within 3-7 working days. However, if the concerned office determines that this may be a subject of an advisory opinion, the same will be released to you not later than 20 working days, unless the complexity and novelty of the subject matter require a longer period of time for further evaluation.
