Your Request You asked for CID Case No. 18-G-082. Response to Request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Commission can only disclose the status of the case to your wife, as a complainant and data subject, or to her duly authorized representative. What we suggest to the complainant should do is to write an email to complaints@privacy.gov.ph using the email address she provided us in her Complaint- Affidavit Form. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman Raymund E. Liboro at info@privacy.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
