Larin 03:27 PM, Mar 24, 2022

Hello, I would like to file a complaint for review regarding an Online Lending app called Happy Pera

I tried getting a loan from this app and even before my deadline, they are threatening me thru text messages saying that I need to pay my loan or else they will post me in social media pages as a scammer.

Also, they even told me thru text messages that they will be contacting my facebook friends regarding my loan payment.

I know that they lend me money but this is too much. The representatives even called me names like "Gago" "Scammer" "Kawawa" etc.

Dear Marlou Larin,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 24, 2022 03:27:06 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
