Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 10, 2022 01:38:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of Individual Performance Commitment and Review  (IPCR) for 2 consecutive years, of the following, viz:

       - Ernesto T. Managbanag
       -  Michael P. Laplana


Please be informed that your FOI request is partially approved. Your IPCR is now ready for pick-up at the Records Section, Administrative Division. As for the IPCR of Mr. Michael P. Laplana, it forms part of his 201 File and the same cannot be disclosed as defined in the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
