We are 4th year students from University of the East-Manila (UE) taking Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA). 

As we conduct our data collection, we have checked your official websites and found out that the Budget and Financial Accountability Reports (BFARs) for the year 2021 are not reflected in your transparency seal. 

With that, we humbly request that your good office update or send to us the annual reports in your Transparency Seal on your Official Website, as not all BFARs for the year 2021 have been uploaded.

Your Request

You asked for the Budget and Financial Accountability Reports (BFAR;s) of the National Printing Office (NPO) for year 2021. 

Response to Request

The budget of the National Printing Office (NPO) is obtained from the Off-Budgetary Fund under the category of Revolving Fund. A different report form thru the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Apps Portal is used for the NPO's Financial Accountability Report (FARs). Hence, we cannot provide you with the reports you are requesting.
