Hi,
I am about to present to our local government about BP344 - (Accessibility Law) about creating an ordinance about it. In my research the IRR said on its effectivity " These Rules shall take effect thirty (30) days After the date of publication in the Official Gazette" but I searched on the Official Gazette website and it is not posted. Can I have a copy or certification that it is already posted together with the date of posting?

Hi, Its been almost a month since I emailed the said email (see attached file) but still no response. I just want to ask how can I get the Certificate of Publication in other way?
