Hi. Im a student here and 2 days ago someone stole my wife's phone in Megamall
I tried to report this to Megamall security and Police station but there is a problem. After 2 days there is no feedback there is no news about my report and there is no responsibility on it
Look like nothing happened and also when i asked for CCTV they told me it will take 2 weeks to get access for it!!! Is it real?? What should i do after 2 weeks?
Philippines is a great country and have tourists from everywhere but you there is no responsibility when something happening for them? Please respond
