Per Section 29 of the Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003 (RA 9211), the Inter-Agency Committee-Tobacco (IAC-T) tasked to administer and implement the said Act, shall be composed of, among others, the Administrator of the NTA, or an Undersecretary designated. 

This request covers all NTA position paper/s, or letter/s, document/s, or travaux preparatoires (expressing the opinion of the NTA, whether by the Administrator or a representative), related to the negotiation and drafting of:

1.) IAC-T MC 1, s. 2004 (IRR of RA 9211), and
2.) IAC-T MC 1, s. 2008 (Monitoring and Enforcement Guidelines).
