To provide us the necessary information for the conduct of our monitoring, and in the exercise of our constitutional right to information as citizens, as strengthened by the Executive Order No. 2 or the EO on Freedom of Information, we are writing to ask and request the following:

A.	Data on tobacco farmers 
i.	Number of tobacco farmers per region from 2012 to most recent
ii.	Methodology on how the data of number of tobacco farmers was generated

B.	Data on tobacco volume of production
i.	Tobacco volume of production per region from 2012 to most recent
ii.	Methodology on how the data on tobacco volume of production was generated 


C.     Data on program for tobacco farmers
i.       Implementing Rules and Regulations of programs for tobacco farmers from 2012 to most recent available 
ii.      Annual Budget allocation and budget source of programs for tobacco farmers from 2012 to most recent available 
iii.      Annual number of beneficiaries of programs for tobacco farmers per region from 2012 to most recent available
