Thank you for your immediate response to my FOI Request.  This is to clarify that that SIM #  0910-929-6477 (TALK N' TEXT) is NOT Lost/Stolen but rather would like to request information thru NTC in cooperation with the Telecom Provider (TALK N'TEXT) regarding the LAST KNOWN GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION of the above-mentioned mobile number since this could provide initial SOLUTION to the concerns I have about the UNPAID MONEY Borrowed from Me by a certain " ANGEL REMIN I. TIO."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to locate any information pertaining to the geographical location and content of your cellphone equipment.
