If the individual insists on acquiring a new SIM card, citing reasons such as buying a new phone, this new SIM card should be labeled as "Tertiary," "Quaternary," and so on, under the "Primary" SIM.

To register a "Tertiary Number," individuals would need to provide information similar to the registration of their "Primary" and "Secondary" numbers. The additional information should include details about why they are purchasing a new SIM card, the kind of phone model, network, carrier, and when and where the SIM card was bought.
