I just want to make a follow up with my request just to make sure that the device and sim has been already blocked. I went to the physical office in NTC region 7 on Nov 3 2023 to request the blocking of my stolen phone as well as the sim attached to it but I didn't receive any notification if the blocking has been done. I just want to know if it's done blocking.

You make a follow up of your request for blocking filed at NTC R7.

Response to Request

This is in response to your follow up request. Please be informed that since you mentioned that you filed your request for blocking at NTC R7, you may follow up in that region. You call these contact numbers : 032-422-6822 or 032 346 0179 and 032 3450823.

However, rest assured that all requested for blocking of lost cellphones were all forwarded to the TELCO Providers for appropriate action and you may not need to make follow up.

Your right to request a review

The NTC R7 said that the request will be forwarded in main branch in Manila as they will be the one to process that led us to wait for 3weeks, so how come you don't have any record and how come you will advise me to go back to NTC R7?
