Hi I would like to seek assistance, I accidentally cash-in my 9k pesos thru Smart load / Smart account, instead of G-Cash. Am I allowed or request help and assistance from your end to confirm if I can request reversal / refund of the 9k worth of un-used load on my smart giga account. The money is supposed to be payment for bills and medical maintenance.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have any access to your concern, however, we suggest that you visit personally the concerned G-Cash center for that matter.
