Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 15, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for List of Callsign issued to Amateur Radio Operators.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your request is not considered as FOI request since it is covered under the list of exemptions under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and may I refer you to what was stated in the NTC FOI Manual (www.ntc.gov.ph/People's Freedom of Information)

SECTION 4. PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
While providing for access to information, NTC shall afford full protection to a person’s right to privacy, as follows:
a. The NTC shall ensure that personal information, particularly sensitive personal
information, in its custody or under its control is disclosed only as permitted by existing laws;
b. The NTC shall protect personal information in its custody or under its control by making reasonable security arrangements against unauthorized access, leaks or premature disclosure;
c. The FRO, FDM, or any employee or official who has access, whether authorized or unauthorized, to personal information in the custody of NTC, shall not
disclose that information except as authorized by existing laws.
