Database/list of Licensed Amateur Radio Operators/Stations with Tracking No. NTC- 433795879356 2. List of Licensed Commercial Users in the 430-440 MHz Band-Tracking No. NTC-355336588815 While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the above information you have requested because of an exception pursuant to Sec.2 of R.A. 10173, otherwise known as Data Privacy Act of 2012, which provides that it is the policy of the State to protect the fundamental human right privacy of communications while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth. The State also recognizes its inherent obligation to ensure that personal information in information and communications system in the government and in the private sector are secured and protected. However, if you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to :GAMALIEL A.
