Good day

I would like to request for a service termination in Converge ICT. Because as of now the internet are not totally in used. My children already transferred to their father and I am the only one left in the house. I can't afford to pay anymore the monthly fee. 

I already called Converge regarding this matter and they denied my request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, as per evaluation to your request, this office finds that this is not considered as FOI request. Further, definitely you have entered into an agreement with the concerned company so you have to settle with them and not in this Office.
