Hi! I am requesting for NTC to utilize ABS-CBN's old DTT frequencies to ZOE Broadcasting Network for A2Z digital signals in Benguet, Batangas, Guimaras, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Davao, which formerly held by ABS-CBN before May 5, 2020 shutdown.

You asked for NTC awarded ABS-CBN's old DTT frequencies to ZOE Broadcasting Network for A2Z digital signals.

Response to your request:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office determined that this request  request is invalid. The statement of the requestor is not  clear to understand.

Your right to request a review:

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
