Hello,

I would like to inquire if it is against the law for an internet service provider to not provide Statement of Account as well as Receipts for payment made.

You asked for Non-issuance of Statement of Account and Receipts is against the law.

Response to your request

We appreciate it much your being vigilant to your transactions in the government sector. However, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance may we suggest that you may directly refer that concern to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) by filing another request in the eFOI portal address to the BIR.
