Hi, I would like to ask information regarding Jhanbe Michael Zubiri as
1. He have blocked me in my facebook account and he did not give me his cellphone number when I asked him.
2. I needed to collect his debt to me as it is already due and demandable as I do not have any means to communicate with him other than obtaining his cellphone number

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, as per evaluation to your request this Office determined that this is not considered an FOI request. NTC does not have the capability to track the SIM numbers of subscribers.
