Dear Sir/Ma'am:

I would like to request for the list of non-licensed frequencies allocation in the V and E Bands, and current list of licensed spectrum allocations.

In my understanding, Vband is an unlicensed spectrum, while eBand is only partially licensed in other countries.

This is for my personal research use regarding the current situation of these freq. bands usage in the Philippines.
