Ma'am/Sir,

Good day!

I humbly request for a certification of ownership of the registered sim card with number 09276054073.

This will be used in filing a case against its owner. The certification is a vital proof for our complaint.

We are hopeful that you may help us and consider our request. Thank you so much and God bless!
