You asked for Scammer harrasing me through sms messaging.

Response to Request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office finds your request invalid. NTC can't trace the owners of the SIM numbers. You may seek the assistance of the TELCOS concerned or the  PNP but may we remind you to give explicit details in your report and do it personally for there are personal information that the Police may need from you.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
