I already email them and talked to them, but in the end, they didn't bring the money back, I already ask an assistant on PAO but in the end, they told me to coordinate with gcash also, I also ask help from the police to make a police report but in end, I just wasting my time to go there day by day with no good feedback this is from cybercrime unit btw. For BSP I message them on Facebook I tried to email them but no response from them. I'm planning to sue them about this because. It's almost 2years na din kase and I need money to pay my debts dun sa nawala sakin its 43k, di lang maliit na pera. and now I'm so depressed na talaga hoping someone can help me with my concern.
