Online SIM card sellers should be prohibited to prevent scammers from obtaining SIM cards through online platforms. Physical, in-person registration should be the sole method, ensuring that physical SIM card retailers have CCTV cameras in place, and towns have surveillance cameras.
Additionally, the "Secondary," "Tertiary," "Quaternary," and subsequent SIM cards should be linked to the "Primary Phone Number."
