My phone was stolen at August 10 2022 at Mamatid Banlic Cabuyao laguna. I want my phone to block and all my data to be erase. My phone is Xiaomi Red Mi Note 10 and i will attached my Phone's IMEI. I need help to track down and block my phone and erase all the data on my stolen phone so the thieves won't use it.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office determined that your request is not considered an FOI request but rather a frontline service transaction. However, due to an urgent nature of frontline service, we will forward it the Consumer Welfare and Protection Division for appropriate action.
