Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office finds that your request is not considered as FOI subject but rather a complaint. We suggest that you bring that complaint to the National Bureau of Investigation while NTC can only suggest that you may file it for blocking to our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division at NTC Bldg. East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
