Hi, I would like to request for information regarding NTC permit/clearance issuance for my shipment under DHL EXPRESS AWB# 1832197054. My goods were sent from Japan. My courier is requesting for NTC permit. The current status of my shipment is for Customs Clearance. On this phase I need to submit the said permit in order to expedite the shipment. The shipment contains 2 units of smartphones for personal use.

Your FOI request is approved. However, your concern should be referred to NTC-NCR. You need to visit their website at https://ncr.ntc.gov.ph/ and take note of the requirements before you visit their office to file the necessary permit for your parcel clearance.
