Hi I got the attached list from your answer to the Spectrum Holder List and found it quite useful! I need more information on the spectrum first granted date to certain ASSIGNEE (no an extension/renewal time). 
If any accessible document can be referred to would be helpful. 

Kindly help with the information in the excel of "what we need"
