Please help me to locate Jonathan Dela Cruz - a forex scammer who scammed a lot people with 30$ each with the telegram account number +639694731175 and username @Prothancy21, and an gcash acount were the funds was sent to Jonathan Dela Cruz 0912 789 4002. At first, it was smoothly okay but now the group or platform is no longer existing and the owner run off on their responsibility. Our invested money were not returned. Their facebook page, tiktok account and even telegram account are no longer exist. We dont have any contacts with them anymore.  Hundreds of members were scammed. Help us pleas
