Hi, I will be shipping a mobile gadget via DHL courier from Singapore to the Philippines and I was advised that NTC permit should be secured first otherwise, it might be subject to long clearance delays, high penalties or customs seizure. Is this true? If so, kindly let me know what would be the process of applying NTC permit? How long will it take to process the permit? Whom should I get in touch with for the process and requirements? Can I send the required documents via email, if so, may I know what is the email address and the name of the recipient?

I enclose a screenshot copy of the requirements we obtained at NTC-NCR Citizens Charter or you may visit this website for further information..www.ncr.ntc.gov.ph or you send your representative to visit personally the NTC Office at East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City or to the nearest NTC Regional Office for you to secure the necessary permit. The email address of NTC-NCR is ncr.records@ntc.gov.ph.
