Globe Sim Registration verification

Requested from NTC by C. Gueco at 12:01 PM on Sep 03, 2023.
Purpose: To have a verification that my Globe Sim card is fully registered
Date of Coverage: 08/06/2023 - 08/31/2023
Tracking no: #NTC-576820917675

Good day! I'm seeking your assistance.

My Globe Sim Card is no longer functioning (no signal a month now), and it affected my GCash account (can no longer receive SMS Code to transact/login). I already tried transferring the sim card to another phone and the sim is still not detected.

I went to the Globe Hub center to ask for a replacement sim, so I can access my GCash account to get my funds. However, they're telling me that my Sim card is not registered, which is false. Now they're referring me here to ask for a proof that my Sim is totally registered. My Globe# is 09455223749. Pls help.
