Hi, I would like to inform you about a scammer named Jessabel A. Balutan, ( not sure if the middle name is correct but that's what they told me.)
It happened this Monday September 19,2022, she poses as my friend, who is also living here in sweden, asking me to help her sending money via G-Cash to her relative in the Philippines. The gcash number that she gave me is 09453150256. I reported this to spread awareness, and call out the management of Globe if they can help us get information about this person since they require identification before they can verify a gcash user.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to trace subscribers cellphone numbers but we can request it for blocking only. 

However, with regards to G-cash issues, for faster assistance, you may email directly G-Cash Customer Care at support@gcash.com or call G-Cash 24x7 Hotline at 2882 from your Globe or TM mobile phone, or 02-2139999 using a landline.
