Greetings! 

I'm Ivel Santos, a researcher at VERA Files, a non-profit media organization. We're doing a research on media ownership in the Philippines. Part of our initiative is to gather the latest list of AM and FM radio stations in the country. 

May I request for the following documents: 
1) List of all AM stations as of 2023 (in a table format listing down the company, call sign, frequency, location)
2) List of all FM stations as of 2023  (in a table format listing down the company, call sign, frequency, location)

We hope to receive the data in the form of PDF or XLSX.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, as per evaluation to your request together with your contact information, we noticed that you did not comply with the requirements stipulated in our FOI Manual under Executive Order No.2, series of 2016, which is a copy of any valid identification issued by the government and also your address in incomplete.

Moreover, the requested information was already posted in this portal in the successful request. Please be informed that those data should only be used for legitimate reasons and those are still the same data that we have on file.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:

Hello. I've updated my details on the portal including a valid ID. 

The FOI officer said: "Moreover, the requested information was already posted in this portal in the successful request. Please be informed that those data should only be used for legitimate reasons and those are still the same data that we have on file." 

Since you already have the data on file, can you please directly provide me a copy? This is to avoid confusion on my part.
