Hello NTC,
After SIM registration, why I’m still receiving this scam text messages. I’d received already four(4) annoying scam text messeages. These were the sender numbers:
+63 920 386 7928 - received on aug.6,  9:16 am
+63 938 021 5746 - aug. 3,  7:19 pm
+63 920 388 0497 - aug. 2,   11:22 am
+63 918 772 9821 - jul.28,  11:42 am

Looking forward for your help to stop this. Relying on you.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office suggests that you address your concern to the concerned Telecommunications Network Provider and also to the Philippine National Police for immediate action. NTC can only request it for blocking to the TELCOS provider upon submission of proper requirements at the Consumer Welfare and Protection Division, NTC Bldg. East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City or you can visit our website www.ntc.gov.ph.
