May payment po bah pag magpapa block nang cellphone?
Kasi sinisingil ako po ako nang ntc dito sa bacolod. Ako na po ung nawala  tpos mag babayad pa po ako? Actually 2 phones po ung nawala sa akin.

Response to Request:

As per the evaluation in your complaint, NTC does not ask for any amount when you file for any complaints regarding telecommunications services and for filing a request for blocking of lost cellphones. 

Moreover, we will forward this complaint to the Regional Director concerned for her appropriate action.  And their office will email you for any updates of their action.
