Good Day!
I am writing to report a significant issue regarding a recent transaction involving a fund transfer from GCash to a PayMaya account. Unfortunately, an error occurred, resulting in the transfer of funds to the wrong mobile number.
Here are the relevant details of the incorrect fund transfer:
Date of Transfer: October 14, 2023
Gcash Mobile #Used: 09692394029
Amount Transferred: 5,500.00
Correct Paymaya #: 09692394029
Incorrect Paymaya #: 09692394028
I already tried calling the recipient #, but every time the number rings she/he always drop my calls.

already report to pay maya & gcash, unfortunately hindi nila ma retrieve yung money daw po. solution is to talk the recipient. but hindi po siya sumasagot sa call & messages ko po. please help po.

While our goal is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, and based on the evaluation of your request, please be reminded that G-Cash is not an NTC regulated service rather a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated mobile money service that lets consumer/s buy load, purchase items, send and receive money, pay bills, and more using Globe, TM, or any other network.
