Hi, I would like to seek assistance in securing an NTC permit for import of a Network Security Appliance(Fortinet Firewall). The device was shipped to me by my employer/supplier for me to study. This is for PERSONAL use ONLY. UPS PH Brokerage/Customs advised that I need to file for an NTC import permit before releasing.

Is a manual informal entry valid for this kind of parcel?

Please advise on how to process this. Appreciate it!
